Our History and Vision

The company directors and shareholders have each been active within the IT industry for 25 years or so, predominantly operating in a commercial sales, marketing and operations role.


Rob Rega, began his IT career working within a Distribution supply chain, specialising in Networking equipment for the Reseller marketplace. Since 2002, Rob has successfully operated his own company, RGA Networks Ltd, specialising in the sales and services relating to IT goods within the UK, EMEA and US markets.


Paul Younghusband, started his career as a graduate data communications engineer within the aerospace industry and then as an IBM Business School Sales Graduate. Having worked for several leading UK based companies since, specialising in computer systems integration and managed service provision to the corporate IT market, Paul brings to the business a customer facing Account Management background, working with enterprise end user organisations selling solutions involving hardware, software and professional services, addressing IT alignment to business based challenges. Most recently, Paul has been a Client Director within a SAP based Cloud Provider, and has specialised in the area of Software License Management, advising clients on subscription, compliance and deployment of data protection and data management technologies.


Paul and Rob bring to the company an established network of supplier and end user contacts, with an excellent awareness of technologies and changes that are now impacting the marketplace. With their experience and knowhow, Paul and Rob have established PAROIT Associates with a vision to offer solutions into the corporate and mid-size organisation user base, to introduce a simplified approach to the use of business software, thus enabling end users to gain business advantage from use of software as it is designed for by the vendors, whilst ensuring that license obligations are adhered to in the most cost effective way, supporting the Operations, IT and Procurement functions to free their own resources to offer more focus on their business objectives. 

PAROIT Associates will offer an approach that encompasses the following three key areas:


one.  Competitive license pricingengaging in loyal partner programs with key tech vendors to help end users receive access to the best available pricing strategies.

two.  Ensuring effective lifecycle of assetsthrough maintenance programs that are managed via PAROIT Associates with the respective vendor partners.
three.  Asset Management servicesto ensure license compliance, license management and effective license usage maintenance is in alignment to the needs of the end user (and not necessarily the vendor!).
